This is a 1987 ComPac 16 II model year that has a shoal keel and is 16' in length. The Jib and Main Sail are in excellent condition and there is a Main Sail cover as well as a cover for the Tiller. The trailer is also a 1987 and is also in excellent condition. The motor is a 1995 Suzuki 4 hp two stroke that has very few hours and in excellent condition. The boat has never seen salt water and is in really great shape for a 1987 model year, you would guess it to be a late 90's model based on it's appearance. There are just a couple of very small scratches and no stress cracks that I can find. The anti slip is also in excellent condition. This boat is equipped with the factory installed bow pulpit, swim ladder and running lights. The cabin is also in very good condition as well. The boat is not crazed cracked or chalked, the finish looks very nearly new. This boat has been well cared for and used very, very little until 2002. The boat and trailer both have Pennsylvania titles that will be transferred. This has been a truely fun little boat that we have sailed with myself,wife and two daughters. This boat is one of the nicest 16' boats on the market, with a shoal keel that makes it easy to trailer and launch as well as easy to rig in just a few minutes. The boat trailers very nicely and can be trusted to trailer long distances. The bottom was repainted in May of this year.
