1981 ComPac 16
The ComPac 16 is a shoal-keeled, sloop-rigged cabin boat known for its stability, trailer-ability and simplicity of operation. With a draft of 18 inches, there are not too many places you can't go. A great first boat for the novice or a no-hassle boat for the experienced sailor and is ready for the season. The cockpit is big enough for four friendly adults and spacious with two. The cozy cabin sleeps two. The hull is very solid and there is no wood core in the deck to ever go soft. The sails are nearly brand new and the rudder has been upgraded. All lines lead aft and single-handing is a breeze as is stepping the mast. The Magic-Tilt trailer is in good condition but probably needs paint in the next year or so. Reason for selling is that I want to buy a centerboard boat to race.

Hey David:
You can mark https://www.sailingtexas.com/scompac16122.html sold. I sold it
to a Texan who is on temporary assignment in Germany, found out about the
boat on sailingtexas.com and sent a friend over from Houston to look at it.
I have a deposit and he will pick it up at the end of June when he returns.
I predicted the only advertisement needed would be sailingtexas.com, but I
never guessed it would be seen so far away. Thanks for all your help and I
will have something special coming your way when the boat is picked up.
Thanks,
David
