Refurbished in late 2006 by Tyler Hutchins (son of owner of Hutchins ComPac).
Very good condition with new interior cushions, crisp main sail, new hank-on jib and new 155% Genoa--all with sailbags.
Like new Tohatsu 3.5HP engine has about one hour on it.
Electrical system includes running lights.
New hatch made out of extremely durable "composite material."
One-year old sail cover and tiller cover.
New Fortress anchor never used.
Includes IdaSailor ComPac 16 NASA foiled rudder blade which makes an "UNBELIEVABLE difference in performance". Radically improves ability of the boat to sail into the wind.
Probably one of the easiest sailboats to learn to sail or just kick back and enjoy the scenery.
Stable, simple, pure fun. Sleeps two.
I have always kept her in freshwater marina. No trailer, but perhaps Com-Pac folks could locate one for you.
Please mark the ComPac 16 as SOLD and remove the for sale list.
Thanks!
Sam
