Sails (two head sails and main) are in fair condition.
The boat is in sailable condition with some spares.
The bottom is in good condition overall. If you wanted to slip it, paint would be required. Bottom paint is included along with many spares.
Rigging is in good condition and usable.
Interior has been repainted and the ballast resealed with epoxy.
dry stored
Texas title to the boat is included.
There is some remnants of a botched texture paint job on the deck
(minimal) and some crazing and minor gelcoat repairs are apparant.
Mercury 3.3 motor runs strong.
Trailer included.
