Very stable and forgiving boat.
Great to learn on or for someone who likes to cruise without the hassle of a bigger boat.
New bunk boards, keel guides, jack, and carpet on trailer.
Can be sailed in "as is" condition.
Clear title on boat and trailer.
Prior owner neglected boat and it held water in cabin for a long time.
I vacuumed out what was left of the bunks and still have the carpet to use for patterns.
A new compression post was made from an old mast and it is keel stepped.
I also made fiberglass repairs to bottom of keel which have held up well.
The trailer was used in salt water at some time and the drain holes on sides of center sections have lots of rust around them. May not be a big deal.
