1983 ComPac 16 #2019
The Com-Pac 16 is a ballasted cabin boat that sails like a nimble daysailor, but with the 450 lb keel has the stability of a large cruising boat. It sets up easily by one person and is easily single handed on the water. It can sleep two and has a forepeak for storing the anchor, life jackets, etc. The CP 16 can also be pulled by a smaller car and is easily launched from the Hutchins galvanized trailer. You will also be hard pressed to find a 16 foot weekender type sailboat with a cockpit as large as the CP16. This boat is perfect for both younger and older sailors due to its ease of setup and handling.
