1989 ComPac 19 MK III

  • Displacement: 2000 lbs.
  • Ballast: 800 Lbs.
  • 2' shoal draft fixed keel, developed from N.A.S.A. low drag, high lift wing sections.

    Sail inventory:

  • Main sail with jiffy reefing system.
  • 155%Genoa and 100% working jib. Each head sail is set up on a CDI roller furling / reefing system.

    Outboard Motor:

  • 2004 two cycle 5 Hp Mercury, in like new condition. This motor is serviced every season.

    Trailer:

  • 2000 "5 STARR" single axle, with a 2995 Lb. G.V.W.R. capacity. This trailer is galvanized, has been maintained properly and is in excellent condition.

    Safety Features:

  • Self bailing 6' 8" cockpit with high backed seats.
  • All halyards and control lines lead to the cockpit. No need to leave the cockpit when hoisting or dropping the mainsail. The main can also be reefed while standing in the companionway.
  • Jib or Genoa head sails are reefed or furled from the cockpit, by simply pulling the CDI control line.
  • Stainless steel bow pulpit and stern rail with four stanchions and connecting life lines.
  • Cockpit mounted manual bilge pump and automatic bilge pump. Bilge is always dry as a bone. There are no below the water thru hull fittings.
  • Factory molded non-skid on all top side surfaces.
  • Stern mounted stainless steel folding boarding ladder.
  • Cabin top teak hand rails.
  • Built-in anchor roller with anchor storage capabilities. Anchor can be launched by simply pulling a stainless steel pin on the roller assembly.
  • Coast guard approved locking storage compartment for two 3 gallon gas tanks.

    Convenience and Comfort Features:

  • Factory installed folding bimini with cover.
  • Custom fitted closed cell foam cockpit seat cushions.
  • Two locking cockpit seat lockers.
  • Four bronze opening ports, in cabin, with built in stainless steel bug screens.
  • Lexan foredeck hatch with bug screen.
  • Custom two piece companionway hatch boards with a bug screen.
  • Two removable hull storage bags "Sea Duffs" on quarter berth cabin sides.
  • Two large cabin lockers.
  • Two 6' 4" quarter berths with 3" cushions. V berth is also 6' 3".
  • A unique aft storage area for the portable head.

    Miscellaneous:

  • Electrical package includes: navigation lights, bulkhead compass light and cabin light. Anchor is an 8 Lb. Danforth with 8' chain and 150' line. All deck cleats are bronze. Mast and boom are anodized aluminum. Six stay masthead sloop rig, with 5/32", 1x19 stainless steel standing rigging.
