Hull: Hull in excellent condition. Absolutely no blisters and no below the
water thru hull fittings.
Sails and rigging: Main and jib, both original and in very good condition.
No rips or tears. 150% Genoa by Sobstad purchased in 1998 and in excellent
condition. All halyards in very good condition. Three single-speed Lewmar
winches two on each port, one on mast. Winch handle. Boom vang. Jib pole.
Blue Sunbrella sail cover and matching tiller cover; new mast purchased in
2001 (original damaged by overhead obstruction). Holley and teak tiller
handle.
Electrical: Mast light (new 2001), standard red/green navigation lights on
bow and stern, top mast light, interior light. UNIDEN MC1020 marine radio
with antenna on mast. Through-deck electrical connector (new 2001). Optima
Gel deep cycle marine battery (new in 2001).
Exterior: Self bailing 6 ft 8 in cockpit; four bronze opening ports; large
cockpit storage access; stern swim ladder; stainless steel bow and stern
pulpits (stern pulpit has minor ding from another boat. Cosmetic only and
does not affect pulpit strength or deck.) Teak hand rails, companion hatch
lid and hatch board guides and brass lock; lifeline supported by stainless
steel stanchions. Compass (Plastimo); deck cushions (comfortable and nice
fabric!); 4 fenders and dock lines; 8 lb Danforth anchor with chain and
rhode on bow; second 8 lb Danforth with chain and rhode in locker. Home-made
bimini top; solar vent in hatch.
Interior: Standard CP19 MK III layout (two 6 ft 4 in quarter berths, V
berth is also 6 ft 3 in). V berth and quarter berth cushions are clean and
in good condition; storage under the V berth; porta-potty (stows under
companion way); Kiddie dry chemical fire extinguisher; original ComPac 19
owner's manual.
This boat is in great shape. I purchased the boat in June 2000 in the
Houston area. I continued to sail around the Texas Gulf Coast until 2002
when we moved to Oregon. We sailed for three years in a freshwater
reservoir.
Motor: Honda 4-cycle engine. 5 HP with low hours and runs great. Prop in
great shape. Vented 5 gallon tank (fits under rear seat) with fuel gauge and
priming pump.
Trailer: Galvanized trailer in very good condition; bearing buddies; new
tires; spare tire; 2 tie-down straps.
