Sails: 3: 110 jib w/ burgundy sunbrella on CDI roller furler in good shape, Original mainsail in good shape, and a spinnaker (not used by me) in good shape.

Trailer: galvanized and in good shape, 2 spare tires, bearing buddies, bunks in good shape, new winch, strap and bow roller in '04.

Motor: 8 hp Mercury longshaft outboard with a fresh service summer '04 (w/ less than 4 hours since service), runs great on an adjustable motor mount.

Electrical system is in good condition, deep cycle marine battery, Raytheon 1000 Tiler pilot, Plastimo bulkhead compass, and a Raytheon 210 VHF (needs new through-deck connector at mast step). Horizon digital depth meter, Horizon digital speed log. 12v power ports in cabin and cockpit.

Interior: cabin and cockpit cushions are in very good condition. Portapotie stores under companionway step. Interior teak trim is in good condtion.

On deck: All lines led to cockpit, winches show their age but work just fine. Bimini, custom removeable canvas cockpit weather cloths, and tiller cover are included.

All other extererior teak replaced w/ Starboard.

Hull is clean w/ no blisters, bottom in freshly painted, as are the boot and cove stripes.

Other notes:

There is a small ding near the forward port bow cleat, on the bulwark, but it causes no problem, I only mention in the interest of full disclosure.

Boat is watertight w/ no leaks.

All manuals and papers for all systems, boat and motor included.

Stored under cover in driveway. I will include the custom made PVC support structure for the tarp.

This really is a solid, stable, seaworthy 20 footer.
