    Tohatsu 8hp outboard, pull start

1991 Performance custom dual-wheel, galvanized trailer, with tongue extension, re-furbished hydraulic surge brakes

This trailerable cruiser, built by Hutchins Co., Inc., of Clearwater, FL, is a nicely executed, sturdy hull, with a long, shallow-(draws 2'3") draft, airfoil keel, a sensible sail plan, and a well-supported, 8-stay rig. It is tiller-steered, with a Tohatsu 8hp auxiliary outboard. With the roller-furling headsail controls led aft to the cockpit, it can be easily handled by one or more persons, and is extremely stable, with 1,340 lbs of concrete ballast in the keel. The fiberglass hull and decks are in excellent condition(99.99%), and it needs only a below-the-water line paint job and brightwork refinishing to be perfect. With berth accommodations for 4 people, it is well laid out above and below decks for cruising, having 6 oval, opening, bronze portholes, with screens; a fore-deck hatch and vent; pull-out galley sink, with 11-gallon water storage; pull-out propane stove;, and bulkhead-mount table. The SS stern rail and bow pulpit anchor the vinyl-covered lifelines, adding to the security of the passengers in all situations. The bow pulpit roller makes dropping and recovering the anchor easier and safer, and adds to the 'salty' look of the boat.

This boat has only been sailed in freshwater, and has been well-maintained during its life by its meticulous owner. The 155% genoa and the spinnaker are virtually unused, as is the auxiliary engine. The trailer has no rust, and the hydraulic surge brakes were reconditioned in Nov. 2008.

    David,
The price reduction seemingly did the trick. Please mark as sold for $9000., the ComPac 23/3 #105. Thanks.
