This Com-Pac 23' is well equipped with a trusty 8.5hp two stroke engine, roller furling, bimini, new Porta-potti, galley including sink and alcohol stove and vhf radio.

This Com--Pac has a solid fiberglass hull and deck as well a dry bilge. The bottom is cleaned regularly and all wood has recently been restored and new lines have been fitted. There are five life jackets and an anchor. This great little boat has recently completed a mini cruise down to Egmont Key and performed wonderfully in some extreme weather.

The Com-Pac factory is located in Clearwater, Florida. I have found them to be extremely helpful and parts are readily available.

This boat is ready to sail and available with a transferable slip in Palm Harbor, just off Honeymoon Island.
