It has a self furling jib with a Flexible Furler furling unit.
Jib is a 150 and we also have a working jib with hanks.
Main and Jib are by Johnson Sails and we have had the trailing edge of the Jib refurbed in Dacron during 2002. Sails were taken down and scrubbed/dried during 2002 and are in good shape.
Engine is a Universal diesel inboard which has had regular service and is in excellent shape.
Boat has a built-in charger which works off shore power plus alternator to charge under engine power.
We replaced the waste holding tank during 2001 with a unit fabricated to the original specs and kindly provided by Gerry Hutchins of the Hutchins Company, builder of Com-Pac Yachts.
We have replaced the anchor chain with a white rubber coated type in 2002. We also replaced both marine deep cycle batteries during 2002.
Gemini Compass on the binnacle has been refurbished during 2001.
This boat literally has too many options and upgrades to list, a nice boat and you can have the slip with dock box on Lake Norman for a little extra.
