    General Condition:

  • This one is near Bristol. I have set her up for single-handing and comfortable coastal cruising but just don't have the time to enjoy her. Sails effortlessly. Low hours on strong running Universal, maintenance records, recent (2006) survey available. She's ready to go.

I just wanted to drop you a line and thank you for the great web-site. I had the 1989 Com Pac 27/2 advertised on your page for a while - and had a tremendous amount of interest from your page. The ad expired and the boat hadn't sold - but I was "rethinking things" so didn't continue the ad. As it turned out on January 22, one of the folks who had originally contacted me through your site bought the boat and brought her back home to Galveston Island, TX!
I love the resources and stories you have posted and really appreciate the time and trouble you must spend maintaining the site. Incidentally, my wife and I met some wonderful people while trying to sell our boat - people who all loved to sail - and I'm sure appreciate your web site as much as I do.
    Thanks!
