1996 ComPac 27/2

  • As descried in the company brochure: The Com-Pac 27 is built in the traditional Hutchins style, with bronze ports, bronze deck hardware, and extensive teak. She is fast, tracks straight, maneuvers tightly, and accelerates easily. Her balanced ends offer agile performance even in light air. She turns within her own length and motors as well as she sails. The Com-Pac 27/2's interior allows standing head room, six berths and an enclosed head with optional hot water shower. A full galley, hanging locker and storage space helps to satisfy the needs of a cruising family.

This boat is in very good condition. My wife and I have sailed this boat almost every weekend for the last couple of years and have had a wonderful time.

A survey was done two years ago which is available on request to serious potential buyers.

I am having the motor mounts replaced and some other work done, but the boat will be ready for the upcoming boating season.

I finally sold my boat, can you make note of it in the ad.
