One of a kind monohull, built to sail the world. Lady Ace was built with two separate propulsion systems: dual Perkins engines with independent steering assemblies leading to two separate steering wheels and rudders. Large rudder for sail and small secondary rudder midship for maneuverability. The charts on board show a world cruising itinerary. The boat is built with reinforced plating throughout, double rub rail, and quality woodwork. A beautifully designed sailboat with a convertible bimini on the center cockpit and yacht white raised deck finish with wide teak decks. Master Suite includes him and her closets, hers includes a vanity shelf and sliding cabinet. The cabin includes a four drawer dresser, and tv shelf. The writing desk has a railed shelf, side cabinet as well as drawers and a seating area. Features a two double size sleeping areas with drawers beneath as well as four large cupboards and additional aft storage. The cabin has a built in wine rack, bookshelves, night table with cabinets, speakers, solar fan, two dorades a hatch and three port holes. As well as its own bath that includes a separate shower enclosure with teak floor. The forward hall through to the galley includes the navigation station, chart table, electrical panel along with three large cabinets and drawers as well as access to the engine room. The engine room is walk in, full size head room, open floor space, built in battery racks and a workbench. Dual Perkins 60 hp engines as well as duel fuel tanks and a third day tank. The galley includes double stainless steel sinks, force 10 stove, side by side refrigerator/ freezer with teak doors as well as plenty or storage room and a pantry, a three water storage tanks. Across from the galley is a six-seat built in dining table along with the main entrance and a bathroom that includes a separate shower enclosure. All baths are plumbed with fresh water. Beyond the galley and dining area is a salon with two setees across from each other with two double fold down bunks and two singles above as well as built in shelving. The v-berth beyond has two singles, or with the center insert a queen as well as closets and drawers accommodating an additional two guests. And a separate on deck entrance to the aft lazarette is set up for crew quarters.
