Winged Dinghy - this is a very fast 12' sailboat.

It has a slender hull with wings to let you hike out

Previous owner raced against sunfish and said he could beat them

Cockpit is just big enough that you could lay down and sleep in there, so with a tent top you could turn this into a minimal cruiser.
