I want to say THANK YOU very much for your great web site Sailing Texas.The first two prospective buyers showed up with their checks. The first couple had actually sailed with me a few years ago and knew the boat. After admiring the boat they developed cold feet and decided to pass. The second buyer, a lady from New Mexico, bought the boat and plans to sail her in the Gulf of California. From first contact Oct. 17 to the sale on Nov. 2 was only 16 days.
