Carolyn is a remarkably dry boat, designed by M. Dufour built La Rochell, France. She was sailed in the 1991 Bermuda one-two and later soloed from New York to Maine and then to Cuba. She was recommissioned in 2002 after storage in Florida for 7 years, and sailed in the Florida Keys. Then she was trucked to Clarkston, WA and now is motoring down the Columbia.
Sleeps 6, satin finish mahogany interior, mahogany and holly cabin sole.
Forward cabin has V-berth with filler. Next aft is enclosed head to port,
hanging locker to starboard. The main cabin a settee to starboard,
dinette to port which opens to a double berth. Aft to starboard is the nav station with quarterberth with galley to port 6'4"+ headroom, tan upholstery. The galley is equipped with a stainless sink; top loading ice box; Eno three burner propane stove with oven. The icebox was rebuilt with 3" closed cell foam. Ice box tops are Dupont Corian. Wiring is in place for refrigeration. On the starboard side is a Dometic 3 way refrigerator.
