Equipment includes: radar, charting GPS (2), in boom furling mainsail (all sails controlled from cockpit) autopilot, EPRIB (2), offshore life raft, new dinghy with outboard, hardtop dodger with 50 watt solar panel, watermaker, 3 anchors with 280 ft. chain and extensive rode, electric windlass, high output alternator and redundant battery banks, sails are perfect.
This boat has been so well cared for the original gelcoat shines - no paint to hide damage or repairs. All original teak has just been re-varnished. This is a heavy displacement full keel boat that can take a family anywhere. Power is 40 hp Perkins that is perfect - a complete spare transmission and spare starter are included. She carries 100 gal of water and 55 gal of fuel. A 35 gal holding tank allows extended inland trips.
This boat has had multiple surveys - always rated highly. We have taken superior care of this fine vessel and cruised Florida, Bahamas and Mexico. Age and health has ended our cruising. Everything needed is included: harness and tethers, lifejackets and flairs, jacklines, an extensive array of spare parts for everything is on board and the tools go too. You need only your clothing and provisions to take off sailing.
