This classic Ericson 23 is in immaculate shape. Completely gone through beginning of last year. She is sailed weekly and very well kept. There is very little to do to this boat except maintain her and sail her. The brand new Nissan 9.8 has a full 3 year warranty. The motor is only a few weeks old. This is a must see classic and is ready to sail now. All lines lead to cockpit and I single hand this boat all the time. She heads to the wind very well and feels like a large boat. We have a family of 6 are are looking to upgrade to a 28 or 30.
