Measures 12 ft long hull
18' tall Removable mast fits easily on included "Sea-Doo"-sized trailer, with removable rudder/tiller. Sail 'wraps' around
mast for easy transport and partial sail adjustments while on the water.
Fits in any garage. Family groups and larger people will appreciate this
boat's performance. Quickly gets up to speed in the lightest of winds yet
the powerful sail is easily tamed by the ability to instantly roll away the
sail on its 'smart rig'. Easily transported on a car top or trailer; lift
into/out of water or pull up on beach. Rumba's aft cockpit features
sculptured bucket seats with excellent lower back support, so you can sit,
and be very comfortable, in light breezes. When the wind picks up, the
rounded sides offer a great platform to lean out and really make the Rumba
sailboat fly. This remarkable sailboat design features user- friendly
polyethylene hull design. Purchased in Corpus Christi in 1999. Still in
good working condition - some hardware replaced and minor repair to mast
(professionally welded-photo attached). Wish I still had time to sail her.
