1972 Fireball
homebuilt #6438 with measuring certificate. The boat has been
very active in the class. It's been to Nationals twice under my ownership
and all local regattas.
Includes
Proctor mast
Good practice sails, main, jib, spinnaker. The sails pictured in any
regatta were borrowed, but the practice sails are nice and clean with no
rips. The main was cleaned by sailcare.com and the bolt rope was resewn.
Good blades
Hull in fine condition and always garage stored in winter. You will notice
a small repair on the bow from last year
Trailex trailer in excellent condition.
Nice local fleet at Pymatuning Sailing Club and a still very active class in
North America and worldwide. Poor economy and shifted business priorities
force sale of this boat. It will be missed. It still races well and is
very beautiful in appearance. The inspection cover to the port tank is
missing but it's a holt allen part and can easily be replaced.
