Beautiful Teak interior. HCPW, refrigeration, 3 burner alcohol stove w/oven. New head. Wiring, sails, plumbing all good. Boat is in use and generally good conition, but still needs refurbishing (mostly cosmetic TLC). Volvo diesel 25hp runs great. Many new items. Solid, large , traditional, clipper bowed ketch. LOD 29'6", Beam 10'6" LWL 25'. 6'2" Headroom in salon, 6' in head. Mahogony bowsprit. It is a great boat, traditional design with loats of room, storage, and wood!
The boat is commissioned and in the water and in use since 2003. I have owned since 2002. I have done a lot to her including recoring the foredeck and new mahogany sprit. There are a few small soft spots on side decks not anywhere as severe as foredeck. She is a good, strong boat with plenty of room, good, updated systems, strong engine. It needs cosmetics, refinishing of wood and painting of decks & topsides. Also, it needs a new lazarette hatch, sole in head and small are of sole by nav station. I discovered some interior delamination by one of the large fixed ports so it should come out , cabin side filled, ahd port reinstalled. I think a month of weekends would have her in nice cosmetic shape or sail her as is and do th the upgrades/refurbishing as you go. I have only seen one other in the past 4 years and that was one on the west coast in better shape that sold in the low $30k range.
