Boat located at Yacht Harbor Marina near Lakeway, Austin Texas. I can include slip rental for less than cost for the remainder of the year. Cost for 1/2 year is normally $932. I have already paid for the year and will take less. But you are more than welcome to pay the marina month to month if you would like to keep it where it is--currently $156/month.

The Freedom 21 has a huge cockpit for the length of the boat. I have sailed comfortably with 4 adults. These boats handle very well and are quite fast for the size. It is unique in that it was designed to allow you to sail alone. I bought it as a complete novice and had no trouble learning to sail this boat. But despite the ease of sailing the Freedom 21 (since everything needed to sail can be done from the cockpit) my expert, racing sailboat friends have really been impressed by the Freedom 21 and enjoyed sailing her too.

Ready to sail-- includes life preservers, compass, ladder, cockpit cushions, gas tank and line to engine, tiller cover, knot meter, winches, winch handle, winch covers, tons of storage area and more. This boat has been well-maintained and is in very good condition.
