This is a factory built Freedom Ketch- Mechanical systems excellent, cosmeticaly needs some attention.
New additons since ownership:
Balmar alternator
Laserdrip shaft seal
brand new Lewmar 52 winch and Harken 48 winch
New sheets, halyards
AGM batteries
Head completely redone with high quality Groco components, added macerator pump for holding tank
Freedom 1000 inverter/50amp charger, wired for 110ac volts
New VHF Standard Radio
New VHF with military spec cable
All lights replaced with hi quality flourescents and halogen stainless steal red/white lights
Solar charger for batteries
fresh water cooled 3 cylinder Yanmar 3GM 22 hp engine, brand new exhaust system used stainless steel fittings and brand new high quality hose. Engine all new drive belts, oil change just done, Racor filter.
Fuel tank recently completely drained and cleaned.
Boat has installed a Bimini top and complete dodger.
The sails are on modern booms, not wishbone.
These sails are fully battened and have bat car tracks for ease or raising.
Mast and Mizen are freestanding Carbon Fiber, no shrouds or chainplates to worry about.
All new AGM(absorbed glass mat) batteries 3 - 2 house 1 start.
Boat has centerboard(bullet proof) 3'6" to 6'6".
22 Gallon diesel tank and 80 gallons of water + 12 gallon hot water heater(Sendure) and 10 gallon holding tank with pump out connection and macerator pump.
Great sailing boat easy to handle.
Cockpit has folding table and interior cabin has folding table.
Sleeps 4/5 people.
Magellan 5000 GPS with backup unit.
Wind direction and speed indicator.
7 cu foot well insulated cooler - 40lb block of ice will last 1 week.
Hot/Cold pressurized water and shower.
Two sinks one in kitchen and other in bathroom.
Sump pump for shower.
Boarding ladder fits on starboard side.
Cushions and fenders included.
Will include foldup rowing dinghy and factory manuals etc.

P.S. I am not sure which add the purchaser originally noticed, but I
always referred interested parties to SailingTexas. I had placed add's in boattrader, Soundings, and yacht trader where some of the places. + local advertisements. Freedoms are much more noticeed in NE and go for higher prices in NE -
