1973 Helms 25
For anyone unfamiliar with the Helms 25 it is very similar to the popular Catalina 22 swing-keel, the Helms design adds 3' to the cockpit giving it room for 6 while cruising or 4 while racing.

This boat is slip kept (no trailer) at Scott's Landing Marina on Lake Grapevine (buyer takes over monthly slip fees - approx. $200). Lease is up in May this year.
Evinrude Fisherman 6HP outboard on swing-down bracket - recently had carb refurbished - runs great
Swing keel and kick up rudder - tiller and rudder assembly recently replaced and epoxied, rudder was sanded down and re-epoxied as well. steering controls are like new now.
