1987 Holder 20 Hull #170
This boat is 90% of a J22 but cheaper, easier to sail, and much easier to transport and sail (fits in my garage).
Main is in great crinkly condition but not particularly new.
Genoa in fair-good and good jib
older spinnaker in fair condition - a few patches.
Winches, blocks, etc. in good working condition.
All lines led aft.
Hull in good shape with no issues.
Overall a very fast boat that sails great in any winds.
Boat includes porta-potti and interior cushions.
Overall boat is in good condition.
Includes a Mecury 5hp that has intermittent carb issues.
Trailer is in good shape.

Oh, perhaps a duplicate site with the same info and a more nationwide would catch people thinking you are just focused on Texas.
