Sailed by either one or the other of a little old couple--that is the problem--we are both retiring in July and moving to somewhat bigger water where we want a somewhat bigger boat for 3-4 day cruises with grandchildren.
Would consider trade up to about a 22-23.
Hi David, Indeed.
I have misplaced the information necessary to properly ask you to cancel the add on my 1994 Hunter 19 that is located at Branched Oak Lake in Lincoln Ne. It was sold as the result of being advertized on your fine website, to a couple in Beaumont Texas, and I will be driving it to Dallas to meet them in about 2 weeks. However, they have already paid for the boat. They are novice boaters, having never owned a boat and having taken only 2 days of lessons [maybe with you for all I know], but they sound delightful and anxious, and as it is the boat on which my wife took her sailing lessons, I am very comfortable with the buyers' safety and ability on the Hunter. For them I put new tires on the trailer, tightened all the trailer bolts, and made certain the trailer lights work properly--as the boat has never been towed more that 1/2 mile twice each year since being delivered new at the Lake where I have it moored.
Wife and I are retiring [she did in July, I will in January], and we seek a larger boat as we contemplate moving to Jacksonville, Nashville, or Houston [children and grandchildren in each place].
Thanks again.
