This boat is a blast to sail, I have sailed in on the Chesapeake since I started college, I'm graduating now and moving so I can't keep the boat.
The boat comes with one jib, one genoa and a mainsail.
The main had a slight tear and was patched about a year ago with no problems.
The boat comes with a fire extinguisher, and flares, a Danforth anchor, a battery in good condition
There is a head with a porta-john on the boat
I re-painted the bottom last year with ablative blue paint that has held up well over the season.
I re-stained the wood on top of the boat and applied a single coat of gloss, I haven't had time to apply more but will give the remaining stain and gloss to whoever buys the boat
The interior sink does not work, I believe the pump to make it work is present, but I would replace the freshwater bag because it has been sitting on the boat for way to long and I have no idea what has been in it
The compass is broken
All of the winches except for the one which raises the main sail spin both ways.
All the lines are in working order
The fiberglass is as good as new with no soft spots anywhere
The cleats are all firmly in place and show no sign of weakening.
