Any additional equipment: CD stereo, deck speakers, porta-potti, 2 batteries with switch, alcohol stove, anchor, VHF radio, whisker-pole, boom-vang, main sail cover.
Condition: Over-all, good. The fiberglass is in good condition except for a crack in the back cockpit floor which will be repaired pre-sale and there's a clutch which will also be replaced. The upholstery is worn.
Description: Pop-top cabin (great feature!) with V and Aft berths. The cabin has a long seat that converts to a berth and the table with bench seating on either side also converts to a berth. The Porta-potti, under a hinged bench, and the sink/vanity are located between the V-berth and cabin. Galley has an alcohol stove, a wet sink and a cool storage bin.
Slip: There are multiple marinas in the area with available slip rental.
