1981 Hunter 25
The boat is on the water and used for sailing. It was neglected when I purchased in Sept 04. I have restored it to 90% but needs bottom paint. The following is a list of all equipment and restorations accomplish to date. All deck mounted equipment, teak bright work, winches, boom, bimini, motor and mount were removed, inspected, cleaned and repaired. The motor was overhauled. All removed items/equipment was silicon resealed. All teak was cleaned and varnished (6 coats). All bulkhead and above the water line holes were fiber glassed. The cockpit and cabin exterior were painted (roll and tip). All "anti slip" areas were painted. The cabin interior bulkheads and wood work was painted and varnished. All lights and switches/panel were inspected and repaired. All new primary (8 ga.) battery and motor start/generator wire was installed. Auxiliary power distribution blocks installed. All port lite gaskets reworked, broken lenses replaced. New smoked Plexiglas washboards installed.
Deck and Ground Tackle:
2 Danforth Anchors and 50 ft rodes
2 Jib sheet winches
Mainsail/Jib Halyard winch (mast mounted) w/handles
Pulpits and safety lines
Various ropes and lines.
Sails:
Main
2 Working Jibs (1 needs repair)
Storm and Spinnaker.
Main sail restored with new battens and pocket repair.
All new sheeting, outhaul and other lines replaced.
New Mainsheet with fiddle blocks.
Motor:
Honda 9.9 hp long w/electric start and generator.
Completely overhaul 6/2005.
Stern swing motor mount.
Navigation Gear:
Bulkhead mounted Plastimo Compass w/night lite.
Humminbird "wide portrait" depthsounder/fish finder (with manual)
Accommodations:
Main cabin and "V" forward.
2 berths.
Porta Potti (enclosed).
New Main cabin 4" "DUCK" covered foam cushions.
Galley storage areas.
Multiple under seat storage areas.
Cockpit cushins. “Custom” cockpit mounted table ( al fresco dining).
Electrical/Electronic:
2 Batteries in good condition.
Switch panel w/amp meter operating.
50 ft. 30 Amp AC dock cable.
2 mega candle rechargeable spotlight.
VHF marine radio
Safety Gear:
All new compliant fire and signaling gear, new (4) adult offshore vests 1 child.
