1989 Hunter 30

This is one of the cleanest 1989 hunter 30s in the SF Bay Area with a nice accessory package. "Epiphany" is just about as clean and, as you probably know, a better boat than the new 31 footer they sell basic for 120,000.00. This is a meticulously kept boat ready to sail and entertain from day one.

4 month old main sail with 2 reef points, 14 month old 100% jib, Harken jib furling gear, 2 older spinnakers, solid vang, self-tailing winches, DVD, Flat LCD TV, Kenwood AM/FM/CD stereo system, Hot and Cold water Pressure, Refrigeration, inverter, New Head, Double Stainless sink in galley, Sink in Bathroom, 2 burner stove and oven, 9 foot main double berth with custom comforter, Full Deep Blue Canvas Package, Nav Mounted VHF, Hand Held VHF, Yanmar 16 h.p. with 900 hours, 3 blade bronze "Autoprop" feathering, gps, wind, depth, speed, pedestal steering, custom cockpit cousins, stainless BBQ, inflatable dingy with hard floor, and much more.

VESSEL DESCRIPTION "Epiphany" is a moderate displacement auxiliary winged keel sloop. She has an open foredeck with a recessed, covered anchor well, low trunk cabin with an arched coach roof and an aft cockpit with seat coamings providing a backrest for the cockpit seats. Entry below is through a sliding hatch and removable washboards. Below is a main saloon with galley and dinette with drop leaf table to starboard, navigation station and settee to port. Forward are vee berths with an escape hatch above and hanging lockers. Aft of the main salon to port is the owner's cabin with an enclosed head to starboard. The engine, fuel tanks and batteries are aft, under the cockpit and owner's cabin.
