1983 Hunter 30
This sailboat with auxiliary diesel power is afloat in Lake Travis, Austin, Texas. We had a survey conducted when we bought the boat in Oct. 1999 and it was well maintained up until two years ago when work got in the way of pleasure. We have not sailed since but all equipment and sails are still on the boat. Specs include:

The inside is very comfortable and sleeps six. The marine head with manual pump and shower are enclosed by two sliding wood doors for privacy. The tiny galley kitchen has a microwave, sink, storage and a deep cooler. The teak map desk includes an overhead light and storage drawer beside the easy access switch panel. In addition, there are two large deck hatches, swim ladder and an over head canopy that keeps the hot Texas sun at bay.
