I used this boat about 400 hours to move from east FL to key west and then to Yankee, FL. In water in a marina, available slip.
The boat had a fan electrical fire/smoke inside. Elecrical works, clean up, needs finish and in paint. Some parts were remove before I bought the boat, jib ruller, sails, .
The boat has new anchor, 2 batteries, keys, new bottom paint (1 1/2 yrs), new shaft and stuffing, and extra parts.
