    Accommodations

  • This late model Hunter 340 features a comfortable V-berth with hanging locker and shelf storage. The recent vintage Hunters are noted for their generous beam which is carried far aft, allowing for a very roomy interior. This is obvious in the salon that features a settee to starboard, followed by the navigation station. The navsta has a chart table large enough for chart packs, electical panel, and room for additional instruments. A U-shaped, convertable dinette is opposite to port. The galley is next aft to port followed by the entrance to the owner's private cabin. Features here include hanging and shelf storage, and queen-size athwartship berth. The head, aft to starboard, includes sink with Corian vanity, manual marine head with folding shower seat, handheld shower, and large wet locker. The galley layout includes double stainless sinks, hot/cold pressure water, large ice chest, Corian countertop, dry storage, built-in microwave, Force 10 propane stove w/oven, and suspended dish/cup rack. The interior is finished with oiled teak funiture and bulkheads, and glossy teak and holly sole. A very desireable trait of the new Hunters is the bright, airy feel below that is gained by the generous use of ports, hatches, and skylights.
