This boat is a nice cruiser which has had only one owner, there are a few maintenance jobs required but nothing too serious, just a little TLC. Also included, roller furling genoa installed in 1998, 3 sails 150, 110 and main (main does need to be replaced). A propane stove was installed in 2004, along with replacing the wind indicator, knotlog, and depth sounder. A Mermaid AC/heat and Lectrosan toilet were installed in 2006. The bimini and dodger were replaced in 2008. The boat was hauled and re-painted in March of 2009 along with replacing the zincs. The sea water pump was rebuilt in April of 2009 along with all seals and gaskets. The engine is original to the boat with about 1500 hrs runs great and has been meticulously maintained over the years, (there is a detailed maintenance log available). The owner recently bought all new electronics and the parts associated with them but have not yet finished installing or wiring them.
