Accommodations
The v-berth sleeps two (new upholstery) with hanging locker to starboard and
vanity to port. The main salon features plush color coordinated fabrics
('97). There is a single settee to starboard and an L-shaped settee with
dinette table to port. Plenty of storage above and behind settees. The
L-Shaped galley is to port followed by the enclosed aft stateroom with
hanging locker. To starboard is the nav station with chart table and a
swing out seat followed by the enclosed head (electric) w/ macerator.
Opening ports and hatches give the spacious interior an airy inviting
feeling.
Galley
The galley has a large sink with rounded counter. Two-burner Radiant safe
gas stove w/broiler. Grunert 12v DC refrigerator/freezer (new '98), hot
and cold pressurized water system and a 6-gallon hot water heater.
Electronics/ Electrical
Autohelm 3000 Autopilot, Regency Polaris VHF, Signet Smart Pac, SMXll
Electronic control for AC/heat/dehumidifier. Ritchi compass. Two interstate
marine batteries (new '03). Shipwright battery charger, electric head (new
'98 - motor reconditioned '02), 16,000BTU reverse cycle Cruise Air/heat
pump.
Sails
Sails include: Main (professionally cleaned and reconditioned '02), jib
w/Hood Sea Furl roller furling (hood reconditioned '01), aluminum spar,
whisker pole. Four Lewmar self-tailing winches (two-30's and two-40's).
Manual boom vang, stainless steel standing rigging, manual backstay
adjuster.
Deck
Fiberglass deck, side stanchions with lifelines. Danforth anchor with 40'
of Hi Tensile chain and 250' of 1/2" rode. Bow and pulpit rails, navigation
lights, spreader lights. Achilles 10' dinghy with 6ph Evinrude outboard
motor. Canvas: Sail cover (new'99), extra large Bimini, hatch covers (new
'99), companionway cover (reconditioned '99), Binnacle cover (new'99).
Additional
Engine serviced (6/03), bottom job (5/99). Deck compounded and waxed in
(9/00). Hull underwater cleaned plus new zincs (6/03). Three life
preservers, ships clock and barometer, oil lamp, and four throw pillows.
Swim ladder, fenders and lines. One additional CNG bottle for galley, four
additional dock lines, custom cockpit shade curtain.
