Boat is in good condition. Previous owner installed small a/c unit in companionway bulkhead to make humid texas nights at the marina more pleasant. Boat is in good shape, needs minor repairs: Sails need some seam repairs – but are fully functional, mismatched cushion covers on 2 quarter berths, bimini faded and starting to wear.
