The length is 28' 6" including the bowsprit, which is functional in so far as it supports the head stay as well as the anchor.
The 10/4 is the Beam.
With wheel steering there is an unbelievable amount of space.
New bottom paint, depth, UHF.
New blower for VOLVA PENTA 15 hp. Gas engine, new water pump.
Pressure water in two sinks plus shower.
New compass.
David, the Irwin 10/4 has been purchased by the owner of the marina where she is slipped beside a Newport 30 I just bought. Your service has been exceptional, and I've been remiss in not being more communicative.
