Boat had been sitting for a while, and much work done in the last year that I've owned her: headgasket, manifold gasket, rebuilt carb, chainplates, lifeline netting, much of the running rigging replaced, ground tackle - and still tackling projects.
Boat needs tlc, but is perfectly useable as-is (I sail weekly). This is a great family boat, but the summer has been too hot for our 9 month old - and this boat is slightly large for the weekly 'single-handed' daysail.
Great price for a fully functional 28' sailboat - hate to see her go!
