1972 Islander 36 Racer Cruiser with roomy cocpit and wheel steering

  • Thirty Six feet
  • Fin keel (draws 6'1" - wil need to have bottom 15" re-attached, welding center steel plate and other repair)
  • Sails- has a number aboard (more info to follow-set for roller reefing
  • Genoa -main mast with double spreader setup
  • Has spin pole
  • engine uninstalled -Yanmar 30 -reportedly rebuilt in recent past-but actual running condition unknown
  • dodger and rigging for bimini, stanchions for satefty lines, anchor windlass
  • two anchors, chain, line, variety of equipment
  • variety of electronics, condition unknown (will update)

    Former owner repainted sides, deck, interior spaces but inprocess had removed most of the fittings, engine, stanchions etc. Has put on new aluminum toe rails, was installing new wiring etc, has alot of teak to do interior. while sails, rig, and all kinds of other parts are presence, the boat in is in state of disassembly. Also 15" of keel(about 1000 pound cut off and present, probably to get on to flat bed truck.
