    Bottom Paint July 2006. Hull cleaned monthly. Hull needs touchup paint and load waterline raised. Topsides would benefit from attention to some areas of painting. Appearance blemishes only, hull, deck and topsides are sound and solid, no water intrusion in deck, no leaks, no blisters at last haul out. All fittings topside are new. Interior restoration is 95% complete. An ideal boat for the right buyer. Finish the restoration and have a complete package ready to cruise.

    A Full Set of detailed engineering drawings and detailed schematics of all systems is provided in the 40 page full color operations manual.

    EXTERIOR: 30 inch Oak Laminated Bowsprit added as anchor platform and Spinnaker foot with Chain Bobstay. All Topside Wood Removed. New SS Hand Rails. New Cabin Door and Hatch cover fabricated from AZEK Cellular PVC. 6 New Beckson Opening Ports w/screens, in trunk Cabin, 2 Lewmar hatches in Salon Overhead for ventilation. 3/8" acrylic pilot side house windows externally mounted with gaskets..

    DECK GEAR: Newly installed Rebuilt Maxwell VWC 800 Electric Anchor Windlass, Chain and Rope, with Up/Down deck mounted switches and remote available (not installed).

    GROUND TACKLE: Working anchor 40 LB Danforth with 330 Ft 1/4HT Chain, 35 "CQR Type" Plow (mfr Danforth) with 25 ft 1/4" chain, 400 ft 1/2 Nylon. Stern Anchor 18Lb Danforth Chain plus 250ft 1/2 Nylon Rode. Foredeck has 4" dia SS King Post and 2 - 12" SS Cleats for mooring, 10" SS Spring line cleats P&S mid ships, 12" SS Cleats P&S Aft. 24" double lifelines new SS Stanchions, new coated SS Wire. Opening Side Gates both sides at cockpit aft and on foredeck New Fold Up Stern Ladder. Aqua Signal running lights Stern Light on stern Rail.

    COCKPIT Divided into 2 sections, forward with port and stbd seating with lift cover access to aft berth/storage to stbd and very large storage space with water heater and exhaust blowers to port. Stern cockpit seat aft of steering station with Lazarette locker and fire extinguisher. Stern Rail Seats. New 42 Inch SS "Destroyer Type" steering wheel. New 5In Ritchie Navigator Compass with pedestal guard pod mounted instruments. 4" compass at interior helm station. Raytheon Multi Master Station(Speed/Depth/Temp), New Raytheon ST4000+ MK II Wheel Autopilot with remote compass and rudder position sensor. New Depth repeaters on cabin face and at interior helm station. Hand held VHF Transceiver. Hand Held GPS with interface cable.

    RIGGING: Main Mast: Lefiell LM03 Keel Stepped 50ft (48'6" bridge clearance) with single spreaders, upper and intermediate cap shrouds, double lower fore and aft shrouds. Stays have Norseman Quick Attach Fittings. SS Turnbuckles with toggles. Chain Plates Hull mounted. All running rigging new 2004/5. 4 internal halyards plus internal Spinnaker Halyard, Barlow 14 spinnaker halyard winch on mast. VHF antenna with 1/2" mil-spec low loss coax, Aqua Signal tricolor/Anchor Light. Forespar Steaming/foredeck halogen Light. Forespar Lightning Dissipater. 14 Ft boom with double jiffy reefing, Lazy Jacks, 6:1 outhaul, GARHAUER Series 40 4:1 Boom Vang. Most hardware is new GARHAUER brand. 8 Mast and Boom halyards and control lines run to cabin top via 3 new GARHAUER deck organizers to 2 new GARHAUER quad clutches, 2 Barlow 19 - 2 Speed cabin top halyard winches. Main sheet winches, 2 speed Barlow 25's, 2 secondary winches, single speed Barlow 20's. Aft boom main sheet Ronstan 4:1 with new GARHAUER 60" Traveler. Traveler controls accessible to helm station. Traveler is designed to be relocated to cabin top to provide mid-boom sheeting when boom is reconfigured at a later date. Aluminum Toe Rail with routing blocks for jib sheets and jib furling lines. Jib furler (aft of the Fore Stay), furling line run aft to secondary winch via clutch and turning block.

    SAILS: 95%, 135% and 160% Jibs in good condition. Main Sail is in fair condition.

    SAFETY EQUIPMENT Aqua Signal Running Lights on P and S Bowsprit pulpit rails, Mast mounted Aqua-Signal Tricolor/Anchor Light combination. Cabin top mounted electric horn. 24" double lifelines SS Stanchions, new Nylon coated SS Wire. Fold Up Stern Ladder. LIFESLING on stern rail. 1" Dia SS handrails on all cabin roofs and slopes. 4 fire extinguishers, USCG Safety flare Package. First aid Kit. 2 vest life jackets plus 4 type IV. 2 Adult SOSpenders inflatable Life Vests.

    INTERIOR: Extensive interior rebuild completed 2007. new white melamine covered water proof tile board surfaces with varnished Red Oak Trim. Storage cabinets and lockers. Galley and settee. New cabin ceilings throughout. From Forward. Anchor locker, V-Berth reconfigured as double port to stbd. new Oak storage cabinets. New lighting and fan. 2 lift out covers provide access to storage under berth. Additional lift out provides access to water system manifold valves. Access Door in passage provides access to locker containing both water pumps, shower sump pump, holding tank overboard seacock and sink and shower drains and head flushing water inlet Access thru locker floor to Raytheon Speed sensor (removable for cleaning) and Depth Sensor. Next aft, Head to port with Raritan PHII manual toilet, SS Sink, storage cabinet and multifunction hand held shower nozzle. Shower sump pump on mechanical timer. To stbd is hanging locker. Next aft to stbd is .7 Cu Ft 700W Microwave oven mounted over 4 CU FT Commercial SS Front Refer/freezer. 1.3 Cuft true Freezer, 2.7 Cuft refrigerator. Mid Berth to port with new oak cabinets and hang up locker, TV Shelf. To stbd 3 pantry cabinets with doors. Next aft to stbd is electrical console with all instruments and electrical controls mounted in interior helm console cabinet with Inside steering and engine controls, start and stop plus engine instruments, oil, water, tach and alternator voltage, horn button for cabin top mounted electric horn. 4 large tinted windows port and stbd with 3 windows forward and 2 aft provide light and avoid the cramped and close feeling found in most trunk cabin sailboat salons. 3 cabinet shelves with doors for Storage under and behind galley unit. Additional 12 Cuft storage space with door under galley intended for additional refrigerator. Galley to stbd Portable gas and electric burners in lift access. No installed Gas system for fire prevention reasons. Formica Galley work surface with SS two chamber sink. H&C water. Settee to port with table. Table may be removed for additional room underway. Lift out covers reveal roomy storage chambers 3 below and 4 behind settee seats. Entertainment station port forward with AC power. Access to stbd aft berth/storage thru door under galley unit. Also accessible from stbd cockpit lift seat.

    ELECTRICAL: All new electrical system and all new marine grade wiring professionally crimped. New power panels, 30A 115VAC power panel with full meters. Heart 2000 Inverter with transfer relay with 100A Battery Charger. Separate high current isolation switch provided for inverter. 2 AC Panels with total of 11 Breakers plus independent AC panel with transfer relay for second Stat Power 1000VA Inverter for Refrigerator/Freezer. 2 DC Panels with total of 16 breakers provides all DC systems and has spares. Each panel fed from battery switch independently with 80 Amp fuse. High Current DC Switches on Helm Station Face isolate and combine the 2 battery banks and the starting battery, also has switches for the inverters and anchor windlass. All Battery banks have 300 Amp Fuses. Inverters and anchor windlass have separate fuses accessible from inside the helm station. Navigation lights panel is separate and provides easy access to control deck and running lights

    BATTERIES: 14 AGM 6VDC Golf Cart Batteries in 2 banks 1050AH Capacity Batteries plus Series 27 Engine Starting Battery. New motor mounted 100Amp Alternator with Isolation Diodes with heat sinks. 140Amp Battery Combiner. Full metering on DC distribution system. Digital DC volt meter. Load Center Monitor with state of charge and AH Usage monitoring. System wiring provides physical isolation of positive and negative buss sections to prevent accidental short circuits. All exposed battery terminals have protective covers.

    PLUMBING: Holding tank capacity 34Gal new Poly Tank., All new plumbing fittings, new Raritan PHII head. All new hoses, new macerator, deck and overboard pump-out and isolation valves. All waste pumped to holding tank in accordance with USCG preferred plumbing geometry, no direct path overboard. New fittings in head, new hand held shower fixture, SS sink, FG Shower Pan. Shower sump pump.

    WATER SYSTEM: Capacity 182Gal in 3 banks, 66Gal P&S, 132Gal total in 4 New Plastimo flexible water tanks, plus 1 fixed aluminum tank under V berth 50 Gal (Original). All water system piping is new 1/2in braid reinforced food grade vinyl. Water Storage Tanks piping routed via multi-valve manifold with reduced pressure shore water inlet, shore water inlet has 10 inch filter. 2 independent ITT/PAR 3.8GPM water pumps with 10 inch filters on the inlet side of each pump. 10 inch Carbon filter on pump outlet. 2.5 Gal pressure accumulator reduces pump cycling to provide more even water pressure. 10 Gal Hot water heater (115VAC electric only at this time with fittings for engine water heating not installed). Cockpit H&C Shower.

    ENGINE: 1973 PERKINS 4-107 w/560Hours. Fresh Water Cooled with oversized Heat Exchanger. New water system hoses. 2 fully independent sets of engine instruments, cockpit and interior helm station. Dual sensors for Oil, Water temp and tach. Plus mechanical water temp at helm station. New 1/2" Oil System hoses. Oil Filter replaced with remote mounted AMSOIL triple filter system, 2 full flow 1QT 10micron filters with reduced flow (Bypass) 1 qt 1 Micron filter. Total engine oil capacity increased to 13Qts. Engine instruments and control completely rewired with new Marine grade wire and terminal boards. New 100 Amp Alternator.

    FUEL SYSTEM: Fuel 148 Gal, 3 tanks, 80Gal Original Aluminum, 2 - 34Gal New Poly. Separate fills and vents. 3 independent electric fuel pumps. A set of 2 valve selected RAYCOR Turbine 500F filters with 10Micron elements permits fuel polishing and transfer of fuel to any tank. 12 spare 10micron filter elements onboard. An electric priming pump on main tank feed is used to fill filters after replacement. A 35GPH electric feed pump feeds from any tank to the motor with 2 valve selected RAYCOR 230R2 filters with 2Micron elements permits change of online filter to engine feed without loss of pressure, 4 spare R20 2micron filter elements onboard. A gauge permits monitoring of pump pressures and filter vacuum to determine when replacement of filters is required. 3 lighted fuel tank level gauges. Multiple filters allow replacement of any filter without affecting flow to motor. Electric pumps facilitate fuel line purging if required.
