Bottom Paint July 2006. Hull cleaned monthly. Hull needs touchup paint and load waterline raised. Topsides would benefit from attention to some areas of painting. Appearance blemishes only, hull, deck and topsides are sound and solid, no water intrusion in deck, no leaks, no blisters at last haul out. All fittings topside are new. ELECTRICAL: All new electrical system and all new marine grade wiring professionally crimped. New power panels, 30A 115VAC power panel with full meters. Heart 2000 Inverter with transfer relay with 100A Battery Charger. Separate high current isolation switch provided for inverter. 2 AC Panels with total of 11 Breakers plus independent AC panel with transfer relay for second Stat Power 1000VA Inverter for Refrigerator/Freezer. 2 DC Panels with total of 16 breakers provides all DC systems and has spares. Each panel fed from battery switch independently with 80 Amp fuse. High Current DC Switches on Helm Station Face isolate and combine the 2 battery banks and the starting battery, also has switches for the inverters and anchor windlass. All Battery banks have 300 Amp Fuses. Inverters and anchor windlass have separate fuses accessible from inside the helm station. BATTERIES: 14 AGM 6VDC Golf Cart Batteries in 2 banks 1050AH Capacity Batteries plus Series 27 Engine Starting Battery. New motor mounted 100Amp Alternator with Isolation Diodes with heat sinks. 140Amp Battery Combiner. Full metering on DC distribution system. Digital DC volt meter. Load Center Monitor with state of charge and AH Usage monitoring. System wiring provides physical isolation of positive and negative buss sections to prevent accidental short circuits. All exposed battery terminals have protective covers.
PLUMBING: Holding tank capacity 34Gal new Poly Tank., All new plumbing fittings, new Raritan PHII head. All new hoses, new macerator, deck and overboard pump-out and isolation valves. All waste pumped to holding tank in accordance with USCG preferred plumbing geometry, no direct path overboard. New fittings in head, new hand held shower fixture, SS sink, FG Shower Pan. Shower sump pump.
WATER SYSTEM: Capacity 182Gal in 3 banks, 66Gal P&S, 132Gal total in 4 New Plastimo flexible water tanks, plus 1 fixed aluminum tank under V berth 50 Gal (Original). All water system piping is new 1/2in braid reinforced food grade vinyl. Water Storage Tanks piping routed via multi-valve manifold with reduced pressure shore water inlet, shore water inlet has 10 inch filter. 2 independent ITT/PAR 3.8GPM water pumps with 10 inch filters on the inlet side of each pump. 10 inch Carbon filter on pump outlet. 2.5 Gal pressure accumulator reduces pump cycling to provide more even water pressure. 10 Gal Hot water heater (115VAC electric only at this time with fittings for engine water heating not installed). Cockpit H&C Shower.
ENGINE: 1973 PERKINS 4-107 w/560Hours. Fresh Water Cooled with oversized Heat Exchanger. New water system hoses. 2 fully independent sets of engine instruments, cockpit and interior helm station. Dual sensors for Oil, Water temp and tach. Plus mechanical water temp at helm station. New 1/2" Oil System hoses. Oil Filter replaced with remote mounted AMSOIL triple filter system, 2 full flow 1QT 10micron filters with reduced flow (Bypass) 1 qt 1 Micron filter. Total engine oil capacity increased to 13Qts. Engine instruments and control completely rewired with new Marine grade wire and terminal boards. New 100 Amp Alternator.
FUEL SYSTEM: Fuel 148 Gal, 3 tanks, 80Gal Original Aluminum, 2 - 34Gal New Poly. Separate fills and vents. 3 independent electric fuel pumps. A set of 2 valve selected RAYCOR Turbine 500F filters with 10Micron elements permits fuel polishing and transfer of fuel to any tank. 12 spare 10micron filter elements onboard. An electric priming pump on main tank feed is used to fill filters after replacement. A 35GPH electric feed pump feeds from any tank to the motor with 2 valve selected RAYCOR 230R2 filters with 2Micron elements permits change of online filter to engine feed without loss of pressure, 4 spare R20 2micron filter elements onboard. A gauge permits monitoring of pump pressures and filter vacuum to determine when replacement of filters is required. 3 lighted fuel tank level gauges. Multiple filters allow replacement of any filter without affecting flow to motor. Electric pumps facilitate fuel line purging if required.
