great traditional crusing sloop with new main sail (2002) and roller furling jib.

salon, completely new cabin sole (2005)(marine plywood with teak and holly veneer as in original IP26 MKII) - varnished doors, varnished and re-tread companionway ladder, varnished compaionway boards

new pressure pump (flo jet - 2004) and refit freshwater tank
great, comfortable 6" cushions in excellent shape
