Nemesis is a California built, race ready, J/24. The keel was
professionally faired by Muller Marine in Annapolis, MD. The bottom
was cleaned, sanded and painted with Interlux 2-year ablative (marine
growth resistant) paint in September 2009. The running rigging is in
great condition and the tiller, tiller extension, and genoa blocks are
brand new.

Cabin: main cabin and v-berth cushions, sink, porta potty (never
used), AC inverter, sleeps four, fire extinguisher, 72 quart cooler,
manual bilge pump, large anchor with chain and rope rode
Outboard motor: 1999 Nissan 5 HP, model NS5B, two stroke, internal .66
gallon gas tank, aluminum prop, very well maintained, bulletproof.
NO trailer is included. Boat is currently in the water.
