Forward hatch plexiglas cracked but watertight.
All fabrics in very good condition and freshly drycleaned. Interior
woodwork has fresh stain/varnish, and new paint throughout.
Nissan 3.5hp (year 1998). Excellent condition. Always garaged.
Trailer--custom manufactured for this boat (year 1981). Excellent
condition. Tires have very good tread, sidewalls are weather-checked
but solid.

Sail inventory: full suit of sails in excellent condition. Spinnaker
and pole. Several older but serviceable sails.
Boat was last measured by the J/24 class association in 1992.
Other: Barient winches, double lifelines, cabin light package, stereo
(in box, not installed), outboard bracket, two Coleman sailboxes bolted
on trailer, new APS tiller.
