This hull has been around and patched several times, but it works.
Almost new complete rudder, tiller and tiller extension assembly! Previous owner's grandkids took it out and lost the rudder, so he bought a new one.
centerboard is in pretty good condition, not wood.
Everything is there and in good condition, but I can't say the hull is in good condition. It fell off the previous owners lift and put a long break in the hull, and a short one. I just ground it down and put a thick fiberglass patch on it so it wouldn't leak. Many patches on this hull, with patching done with different materials before I got it. I call this boat "Double Ugly". But all the cleats, etc. work and while I can't beat many other Lasers, I can outrun most other boats in her.

the boat is ready to sail. I've sailed it several times and let several other people sail it over the past year.
That didn't take long. I think the buyer took it for all the parts, as the hull was really in sad shape.
