2002 Leopard / Moorings 4200

  • Maximizing space, comfort and performance, the Moorings 4200 was designed and built with The Moorings, architects Simonis-Voogd Design and builder Robertson & Caine. The standard layout features four spacious air-conditioned double cabins with en-suite showers and heads. The forward cabin design is particularly innovative, enabling you to access the double berth from either side, and with a single berth located in each forepeak. A modern galley up design enables guests to be served directly in saloon or cockpit. The deck layout is clear, with the genoa tracks placed on the cabin top, while the mainsheet traveler is positioned overhead on the trademark "targa" wing arch at the aft end of the cockpit. Unique to the Moorings 4200 is the innovative stepped hull design, increasing volume while minimizing wetted surface and waterline beam while giving exceptional load carrying capacity and ensuring maximal performance.

Although this is an ex-charter boat, other than the high engine hours you would have a difficult time telling the difference between this boat and a boat in private use. Several people have stated that this boat is in better condition than any other ex-charter boat they have seen!
