The last true sailboat Macgregor designed (before going to the water ballast system). This is a safe and
responsive boat to sail, advertised as being un-sinkable. The MacGregor has
quite a few features for a 25' boat including a pop-up cabin top to provide
full standing room below, 4 person dinette, sleeps 4-5 (dinette converts to
a bunk, port-a-potty with closet for when your out for the day. Overall
condition is good to very good. The gel coat has a few chips and dings
consistent with 20 years of use. The cushions are in good shape with no
stains or holes. Rigging, and deck hardware work properly. The hull is sound
and the bilge dry. The bottom is clean and only sailed in the Delaware and

The MacGregor 25 sailboat has a 625-pound swing keel and has positive
flotation (it will float even filled with water). The boat is self-righting
in the unlikely event of a knockdown. No need to rent an expensive slip to
