There is plenty of room for 4 adults in the cockpit. The V berth sleeps 2 small people or two adults if they are very friendly. I have slept in it a few times. It is a great place to bed the kids down on a night sail. The galley birth (drop the table down and put a back cushion on top of it) is roomier for 2 adults. A fifth person can stretch out on the long settee which runs up the port side of the cabin for a total sleeping capacity of 5.
Other amenities include an enclosed head with manual flush porta-potty. The flush pump has been replaced. There is about 3 square feet of counter space and a sink with a manual pump and a fresh water tank which I think holds about 3 ½ gallons. A compartment under the settee is insulated for use as an ice chest and can easily be lifted out for draining. There is also a galley table which is not shown in the pics because it was hiding in the garage when I took them.
The light weight (2100 lbs) and retractable cast iron keel make it easily trailerable. I sailed it off of the trailer exclusively for the first few years I owned it. Mast stepping takes two people but isn't difficult.
Since I did a lot of night sailing I added an anchor light to the top of the mast and replaced the motoring light with a combination motoring and foredeck light.
Sails include main, jib and genoa plus a spare jib. The main sail was replaced with a new one in 1998.
Hull and deck are sound. The gelcoat is somewhat the worse for 26 years of fun in the sun and has a few scratches and nicks. I have repaired some scratches in the sides and am not the best at matching gelcoat colors so the repairs can easily be seen but they are smooth and clean.
We have spent many wonderful hours sailing this boat. I hate to part with it but the kids are grown and I am considering taking a job in the middle of a desert where there will be no nearby place to sail it.
