Its a trailerable sailboat, it has a retractable keel and water ballast which makes it very light. Boat gains weight on the water by filling the water ballast
Its a clean boat, I have the title and registration
2 sails (jib has small rip but is useable main is in good shape)

sink w fresh water holding tank

mast
trailer, etc.
The boat was in the water last year for the season.
Its all fiberglass w/ a scrub brush and any household cleaner it cleans up real nice
There a couple minor repairs that need or should be made.
The repairs are as follows:
The rigging lines need to be replaced (stainless steel cables and couplings from boat to mast)
